Hen Party Invitations

Buttons scattered on invites, on the final invites I put a few buttons scattered randomly over the text but not as many as this but I still like this.

Front and Back of the postcard invites

Blanked out any important details just in case im giving away too much information...
Just came home from a weekend on London so just doing a few posts together. These are the invites that I made for my sisters hen night that I am planning. I bought the black and white postcards in the Paperchase sale for 10p each and then I printed out the text and pritt-sticked it to the back.

Didn't have any pictures of the finished product but I didn't add the buttons as you see in the last photograph I scattered about 3 randomly on each one and I think it made them look really cute.

Hope all the hens like them.... sending them out beginning of this week..

I'm desperately looking for more hen ideas and nice hen blogs, don't really like the tacky side, saying that we are going fancy dress so we aren't that far off.

My Bike!

Here are the promised pictures of the bicycle my boyfriend made me for Christmas. He already had the frame which was from his mum's old bike, he sanded and sprayed it.

Bought the saddle, tyres, basket and put it all together. It has turned out so lovely, all I need is a bell as I've had to settle for saying 'excuse me' as I'm about to go past somebody so I don't startle them!

Oh also need lights but pah, not as important as a bell haha.

Cos All I Wanna Do Is... Bicycle

My boyfriend made me the most amazing bike for Christmas, had been looking at Pashley bikes but the prices are a little steep... So being the bicycle enthusiast that he is he decided to make me one. I hadn't felt so excited on Christmas Day since I was little.

Today is the first chance I had to officially take my bike out, visiting various friends around my hometown to show off my brand new bike. It is sooo cold today that I couldn't decide what to wear on my bike, I liked the idea of wearing dresses and skirts and beautiful outfits but the weather definitly changed my mind. I wrapped up warm and popped my bag in my huge wicker basket.

Panicked a bit leaving it outside my friend's house without any bicycle lock, eek imagine getting it stolen on the first time I took it out, Jim would murder me!!! Anyway after a few hours (and a few slices of Mandy's angel cake) later I made my way back home and was so disappointed to get off my bike.

Thinking I will go the gym to do Sunday afternoon Yoga tomorrow afternoon on it.. Best thing about yoga is definitley the lying down relaxing session at the end of the class, in our gym some people even bring blankets! Haven't got that far and I'm defo not one of the people who starts snoring really loudly although I love the relaxed feeling you have so it's so tempting to doze off.. zzz

Pictures will follow..
